In honor of my sister I walked in the Race for the Cure today with my friend Kathy and her mom and sister. It was neat to see about 40,000 people out there to support breast cancer awareness and to raise money for the cause. It was incredible to see the number of people affected by breast cancer as well - lots of survivors and people walking in honor of survivors or in memory of those who didn't win the battle. Praise the Lord that research has come a long way! Thanks for all who supported my walk! Finally we made it to the starting line!
